The processes selected
here are comparatively simple, but effective and efficient.
By avoiding steps that do not add value, we have also avoided many
of the rigours that plague our changing industry. Many of
the standard process steps were devised years ago to satisfy
military requirements for electronic products when vacuum tubes
were more common than transistors.
We have been free to
adopt processes required to meet specific customer needs. We
retain the means to produce the most durable products possible,
with full quality assurance and job tracking systems to assure
consistant production and continuous
improvement.
