The devices shown here are a type of sensor developed for a client.  We can't say what they are exactly, but we can say that the line width and spacing requirements were .004 line width and the same spacing.  The substrate is .004" thick FR-4 material and the copper traces are covered with 0.5um of gold

We have done many other types of devices on a variety of substrates, some as multilayer.
